Selecting a service when starting a download
Selecting a service when starting a download
Hi,
I just discovered Load!, it's a great software, thanks!
I use several services, and it would be nice to be able with a right click to be able to chose what service to use first.
I like to balance the use between my services by alternating.
Apparently, the way Load! works now, it will use the second service on the list only when the first one fails. And the third when the second also fails.

Re: Selecting a service when starting a download
Hey,
Glad you like Load!
Just to be sure, you mean right-clicking on a per file/per group level and say "this group will prefer downloading via service X"? Sounds like a useful feature and something I've missed at times, too.
We're currently porting Load! to a different compiler in order to enable Linux builds (and possibly other platforms down the road). It's been progressing slowly and will take a while longer, probably (it's an 80-20 kind of thing
). The reason I mention this is that if anything, I'd want to implement this functionality in the new code base.

Yes, it's what I mean.
