share-online.biz geht nicht.

Ich habe das Problem das ich bei share-online.biz leider nichts laden kann wenn ich den Link hinzugefügt habe und auf download starten klicke schreibt er mir unbekannter Fehler.
Dies ist so wenn ich als Free User laden will.

Mein Betriebssystem ist Windows 7 Home Premium. Meine Firewall und Virusschutz ist Norton Internet Security 2011. Ich habe schon Load neuinstalliert und der Fehler besteht wieterhin. Habe auch alle updates instlliert.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt das Problem schnell beheben.
